Italian Journal of Engineering Geology and Environment is the journal of the Italian Association of Engineering Geology and Environment (AIGA).

The Journal is published under the auspices of the International Association for Engineering Geology and the Environment (IAEG) - Italian Group.

Italian Journal of Engineering Geology and Environment is listed in the major databases such as DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals - since 2009) and the journal index of SciVerse Scopus Elsevier (since 2011), the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed scientific literature.
